Works great
This works great with frozen blocks. If you don’t have the frozen blocks you can always use one liter bottles filled with water for ice. It comes with two compression straps so you can adjust it to the proper compression. You can really use this on just about any part of your body because the cooling pad is very large. When running, it’s very quiet. The bag is well insulated and has a zipper top. It has a lot of on/off settings. This is excellent for upcoming surgeries or sprains and aches. It’s well made and should last a longtime if taken care of. This really works well and I love it. This is a lot better than an ice pack. This is one ice machine I highly recommend.
Concentrated icing
This is a nice compact ice system. Everything that you need is included. I added ice to the insulated container and then filled it with water to the fill line. Popped in the pump that was attached to the hose and plugged it into the wall. It works exactly as described and pulse’s ice water through the pad. I need it for my ankle and the pad is a little cumbersome to wrap around the ankle without freezing my whole foot. I feel that this is much more effective than an ice pack though. It really concentrates the ice water into the joint area.
